Tutorial Service Policy: 1. BEYOND EDUCATION CANADA (BEC) will provide the Client with a monthly student progress report made by the Tutor. 2. If the Client is not satisfied with the tutoring session, BEC will work with the Tutor to address the difficulties or will assign a new Tutor. 3. Payment: The Client can pay upfront by e-transfer, bank payment, or credit card. Online tutoring must be paid in full prior to the 4-week lessons or 10 sessions. In the event that payment is not made, tutoring will cease until full payment is made. 4. Cancellation: The Tutor and the Client must provide a cancellation notice 48 hours prior to the lesson. The lesson will be rescheduled if it is 1:1 tutoring. The lesson will not be rescheduled if it is group tutoring and the fee of the missing lesson will be credited to the next invoice. If the Client does not give a cancellation notice 48 hours prior to the lesson, the lesson fee will be neither credited nor reimbursed. 5. Client Privacy Policy: BEC collects your contact information and information regarding your child’s academics in order to help your child improve their grades. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
